 Our Team Training® programs are simply the most effective programs for helping you look and feel your best.   Sure, we can just “rent” you the equipment but unless you have the appropriate training to make a plan, you are only planning to fail.  We want every member to SUCCEED!  Team Training is an outstanding tool to accomplish your goals.

Proper training is conducted at your specific ability level at a given time – Essentials, Accelerated and High Intensity.  Your trainer will provide a free private assessment to help you to determine your level and set your fitness goals.

This is a great starting point for the novice athlete or for the more experienced individual who is just getting back after a break.  We will work to build the essential foundation upon which you’ll need to structure your future, more advanced workouts.  Never fear… you WILL sweat, and you WILL know that you have been working hard to get ready for the next level.

ACCELERATED

Get ready for the next level in your group training experience.  Our nationally certified trainers develop each Accelerated circuit with specific training goals in mind.  Whether you are seeking to tone and tighten, build muscle mass or simply drop a few pounds, Accelerated training will provide what you’re looking for… and more!

This is where the rubber meets the road!  You will truly become Faster, Stronger and Better.  High Intensity will bring POWER to your body through a regimen of exercises designed to improve and peak athleticism.  Be prepared.  Athletes performing at this level are inclined to want to share their knowledge and may become Team Training coaches!
